Job summary

Atlas Copco Group US–Rock Hill is seeking a SUMA Area Team Lead to head the sequencing team in our Rock Hill warehouse, guiding daily sequencing activities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will oversee SUMA duties, develop team members, and ensure safe, lean warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment while supporting production needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of material handling procedures.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inventory systems; BPCS, FLEX, and WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage SUMA activities and related procedures.
• Manage SUMA team members, ensuring employees are fairly treated and developed.
• Follow best practices and procedures for safely picking and packing material moving from the warehouse to production.
• Maintain accurate records of material picked according to FLEX.
• Communicate effectively with logistics team members.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor of the Product Company Rock Hill, the SUMA area Team Lead mission is to lead the sequencing team and sequencing activities within our Logistics warehouse for Rock Hill Product Company as we continue to strive for excellence. Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
