Job Summary

Ensures suites are set up prior to guest arrival and that food presentation and quantities meet standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all suites are properly set before guests arrive.
2. Work with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and food quantities.
3. Develop positive rapport with guests.
4. Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.
