Job summary

Prior experience in customer service and a positive, team-driven attitude are valued, with bilingual skills considered a bonus. This on-site position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and events at Raymond James Stadium.

• Experience in live entertainment, sports, or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus but not required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
• Process high-volume transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems.
• Handle cash, credit, debit, and electronic payments in a fast-paced transaction.
• Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, or credits as needed.
• Provide guests with information about menu items, promotions, or venue policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stations and surrounding areas.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with stadium policies and guest safety regulations.
• Work properly with team members and supervisors.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and security.
• Comply with food safety, alcohol service and venue regulations.
• Verify age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines when required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Previous customer service or guest services experience preferred. Experience in live entertainment, sports, or hospitality settings is an asset.
