Position Details

Title: SUITES BARTENDER @ MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY

Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to liquor laws and regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up and stock the bar with beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and supplies.
• Greet guests and take drink orders, mixing and garnishing drinks as per recipes.
• Verify guest identification and monitor guest intoxication.
• Handle cash, process payments, and secure cash and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Arrange and display bottles and glassware attractively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
