Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Milwaukee is seeking a Seasonal Suite Runner to respond quickly to changing needs within the suites and support premium dining operations at American Family Field.

You will coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, while maintaining knowledge of menu items and presentations. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication and guest-service focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busser.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes.
• Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
• Assist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items.
• Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen.
