Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is hiring seasonal Suite Runners to support our guest experiences. As a Suite Runner, you will respond quickly to changing needs within the suites and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities

• Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes.
• Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
• Assist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items.
• Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen.

Pay

$10.00 – $10.00 / hour
