Job summary

Levy Restaurants at the University of Wisconsin–Madison seeks a Suite Runner to deliver meals to premium suites and club areas during UW–Madison sporting events. You will ensure prompt and professional service, contributing to VIP guest experiences with a July start date for a seasonal schedule.

You will work as part of a team, follow sanitation protocols, and coordinate with the culinary expeditor to ensure timely food delivery and high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
• Ability to stand and walk for long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move 40-50lbs as needed for food delivery.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to suites and club spaces for premium guests, ensuring timely service.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures when handling food and equipment.
• Communicate with the culinary expeditor to ensure timely delivery of meals.

Summary

Join our team as a Suite Runner and play a vital role in delivering food to premium suites and club areas during UW‑Madison sporting events. You’ll ensure that food is delivered promptly and professionally, contributing to a high‑quality experience for VIP guests. Anticipated start date in July.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food to suites and club spaces for premium guests, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures when handling food and equipment.
• Communicate with the culinary expeditor to ensure food is delivered in a timely manner.
• Work as a team player, collaborating with coworkers and supervisors to meet service standards.
• Complete side work and other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.
