Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an opening for a Suite Porter/Runner at ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The role works with servers to deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen to guest, adhering to Legends Global’s service standards.

The position is part-time hourly and non-exempt, with duties including delivering orders, restocking dessert carts, and adhering to dress code. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

The Suite Porter/Runner works with servers to deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen to guest, in accordance with Legends Global’s Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Education

Education and/or Experience

No experience required; 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or banquet hospitality experience preferred

Skills And Abilities

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s Universal Service Standards
• Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
• Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
• Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training
• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds
• This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events
