Job summary

Legends is hiring a Busser/Food Runner in Denver to support the Ball Arena team's food service operations. You will deliver meals from the kitchen to the Suites, assist servers and the culinary team, and ensure orders are accurate by reading kitchen tickets.

You’ll also help keep the kitchen and service areas clean and safe while guiding guests with arena information. Requirements include at least two years in food and beverage as a busser or runner, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the

Qualifications

• Experience in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner for at least 2 years.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull heavy items, and stand/walk in a loud arena.
• Ability to work in a very loud, crowded environment for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to Suites department in a timely and organized manner.
• Facilitate communication between servers and culinary team.
• Read kitchen tickets to ensure quality and accuracy of all orders.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience and ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate them to the Suites department.
• Assist in overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas.
• Provide guidance to guests including general arena information.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
