Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suites Expeditor in Inglewood, CA to ensure correct, timely food preparation and presentation for guests. The role involves coordinating between front of house and back of house, leading runners, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a high-end club/restaurant environment.

Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced club or restaurant are required; culinary training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate orders between front of house and back of house; ensure correct order and presentation.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and food prep.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and accurate delivery.
• Ensure safety, neatness, sanitation of work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen incl. shelves and floors.
• Be a team player with preparation, service, and delivery duties.
• Handle and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Lead food runners and coordinate accurate delivery.
