Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes to meet schedules.
  2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portions, temperatures, and presentation.
  3. Use correct ticketing procedures and maintain records during service.
  4. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
  5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
  6. Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
  7. Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
  8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
  9. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
  10. Follow all safety and company policies, including proper use of protective gear and safe lifting techniques.
