Job summary

Levy Restaurants in St. Louis is seeking a Suite Attendant for the Enterprise Center to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages during events. You will understand the menu, assist with setup and breakdown, and maintain the suite to meet sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include delivering orders, stocking supplies, following safety procedures, and providing guest-focused service. This role requires standing for long periods and staying professional under event pressure.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.

• Performs post‑event product inventory and restocks as needed.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Always exceeds guest expectations.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Maintains prep and service areas.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
• Understands the importance of maintaining equipment.
• Help fellow employees whenever necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Title: SUITE ATTENDANT-ENTERPRISE CENTER

Pay Range: $20.46

Job Summary

The Suite Attendant is responsible for receiving specific orders and requests to be fulfilled before, during and after each event. In this position, the suite attendant should have an understanding of the content of the menu and ensure that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The attendant maintains each suite during the event. The attendant should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown.
