IT’SUGAR is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Chicago to deliver a SWEET customer experience and uphold an engaging store atmosphere. You’ll be the premier Sugartainer, helping customers, keeping displays visually appealing, and processing POS transactions.

No prior retail experience is required; you must be 18+, friendly, energetic, and able to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays. Benefits include discounts and opportunities for growth within a fun, colorful brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No retail experience required.
• Optimistic, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability and willingness to use a POS/register and operate office equipment.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Able to independently lift/move up to 25lbs; able to lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities
