Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking friendly, reliable people to join our team as Workforce/Employee Housing Shuttle Drivers for the winter season. You will provide day and night shuttle services to team members, using a 15-passenger van, with CDL preferred but not required.

Eligibility includes a valid license and a safe driving record. The position offers a starting wage of $18-$20 per hour, participation in resort perks, and potential parking/vehicle duties during off-peak times.

Qualifications

• Must have a safe driving record and a current, valid driver's license.
• Able to drive in adverse conditions.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CDL license desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work on time and when scheduled.
• Greet riders with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Adhere to safety rules to protect guests and equipment.
• Fill out daily paperwork including vehicle inspection, daily driver log, and rider count.
• Report problems in writing to your manager.
• Disclose personal driving infractions to the manager as soon as possible.
• Meet service level objectives set by supervisor.

Overview

We have a unique opening at Sugarloaf this winter and are looking for friendly, reliable people with safe driving records to join our team as Workforce/Employee Housing Shuttle Drivers.

This role will provide day and night shuttle services to Sugarloaf Team Members living in our employee housing locations. Most shuttle services will be provided using a 15-passenger van. Between shuttle loops, this role may also park cars, assist with parking lot shuttles, and will work as part of a team to provide transportation and information. Good communication skills are a must for this job.

This seasonal role has a starting wage of $18-20 per hour, comes with great job perks and resort discounts. A CDL license is preferred but not mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work in time and when scheduled
• Greet riders and maintain a friendly, professional attitude
• Adhere to safety rules to ensure safety of guests, employees, and equipment
• Fill out daily paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion. These reports include, but are not limited to, vehicle inspection, daily driver log, and rider count.
• Report any problems immediately in writing to your manager
• Report any personal driving infractions from regular vehicle or commercial motor vehicle to manager as soon as possible.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor
