Job summary

The Screamin Peach in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a hands-on esthetician with a focus on sugaring services at our South Fort Collins location. You will deliver professional, safe, skilled, and friendly care while upholding the highest cleanliness standards per DORA requirements.

Responsibilities include specializing in sugaring, excellent customer service, maintaining shop cleanliness, and educating clients on services and aftercare.

Qualifications

• Colorado esthetician license required and current.
• Sugaring certification or experience preferred; willing to train.
• Must meet DORA requirements and cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to work flexible days, hours, and weekends.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with client care focus.

We are looking to fill a hands-on esthetician position with a focus on sugaring services at our South Fort Collins location. Candidates must provide professional, safe, skilled, and friendly service to all clients and adhere to the highest level of cleanliness, including DORA requirements, rules, and regulations.

How You’ll Do It

• Specialize in sugaring hair removal
• Provide excellent customer service while performing all services offered by the TSP
• UpholdScreamin Peach company standards and values
• Achieve service and sales goals by offering products and services
• Be accountable for maintaining shop cleanliness
• Build a clientele by rebooking and retaining new clients
• Educate clients on services TSP offers, as well as skincare needs and aftercare
• Assist with other duties as delegated

The Right Stuff

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification/licensure - Colorado esthetician license isrequired and must be keptcurrent
• Sugaring certification or experience (preferred but willing totrain)
• Bloodborne pathogen training
• Barbicide certification
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable performing all body and facial waxing services offered by TSP
• Ability to work flexible days, hours, and weekends
• A positive, friendly, and personable demeanor
• Ability to receive and implement feedback
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong desire to care for others

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range for position: $13.65/hr while training; $15.00/hour plus tips once training is completed; eligibility for commission after probationary period
