Job summary

The Screamin Peach in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a hands-on receptionist sales associate. You will schedule client appointments, answer calls and emails, check clients in and out, process payments, and assist customers with retail purchases.

You will also help with merchandising, stocking, and shop presentation. We value exceptional customer service, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• 1+ years of receptionist experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Zenoti software considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide EXCELLENT customer service to clients and manage front-desk duties.
• Schedule client appointments, answer calls/texts/emails, and check clients in/out.
• Handle payments, process cash transactions, and assist customers with purchases.
• Maintain boutique merchandising, stock, and cleanliness to present a polished shop.

This is a hands-on receptionist sales position with day-to-day duties that include scheduling client appointments; answering phone calls, text messages, and emails; checking clients in/out; enforcing our booking policy; cash handling; assisting customers; selling retail; and cleaning and merchandising.

How You’ll Do It

• Providing EXCELLENT customer service to all clients
• Following all company rules and policies
• Exemplifying our core values
• Communicating sales and specials to clients
• Answering phones andemails
• Managing the appointment book
• Confirming client appointments
• Following new client retention protocol
• Checking clients in/out, taking payments, and answering questionsCash handling
• Boutique retail handling: steaming, tagging, arranging, merchandising, cleaning,stocking, and dressing mannequins
• Helping clients with retail boutique items, fitting rooms, information, and sales
• Regularly keeping shop clean andpresentable to clients
• Opening and closing duties
• Assisting with other duties as delegated

The Right Stuff

• 1+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred
• 1+ years of receptionist experience preferred
• Familiarity with Zenoti software considered an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate well, both verbally and written
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range for Position: $15.16/hour while training then $16.00/hour once fully trained
