Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED in Pasadena, CA, is seeking a passionate Sugarista to deliver full-body sugaring and educate clients about aftercare. You’ll join a fast-paced, high-volume team that values client experience and great communication.

You’ll train in our sugaring technique, work 7-hour shifts with both part-time and full-time options, and have opportunities for growth as we expand. A current esthetician or cosmetology license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state you’re applying for.
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services, including Brazilian + Bikini.
• Educate clients on the sugaring process, and before and after service care.
• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and follow sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; complete opening/closing side work.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
