PARS Therapy in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver direct speech therapy services, design engaging, evidence-based exercises, and provide counseling to patients and families to support communication goals.

Must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and an active Texas license. Proficiency with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP credential and active Texas license to practice.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and patient records.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises for each patient.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records to develop individualized treatment approaches.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.
