Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a SUE CAD Technician to process survey data and develop precise SUE CAD plans in line with GDOT standards. You will work with project managers, field crews, and use MicroStation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D to deliver compliant drawings.

The role requires at least 2 years of SUE CAD experience, strong reading of maps and drawings, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a SUE CAD Technician.
• Experience processing survey data and developing SUE CAD plans.
• Familiarity with GDOT standards and PDP/EDG guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process raw survey data into CAD-ready formats.
• Develop detailed SUE CAD plans aligned with GDOT PDP/EDG.
• Perform QA/QC checks on CAD drawings for accuracy.
• Follow GDOT SUE Deliverable Checklist for compliance.
• Collaborate with SUE Project Manager to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and field crews.
• Identify CAD workflow improvements and implement them.
• Assist with related tasks to support project goals.
