Job summary

A dynamic engineering consulting firm is seeking a skilled individual to prepare plans and perform drafting for various projects. Responsibilities include using MicroStation and AutoCAD for drafting, conducting office survey activities, and communicating project progress. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and familiarity with subsurface utility designation. This role operates primarily in an office environment with a small portion of fieldwork, and successful completion of a motor vehicle screening is required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with third party software for data reduction and drafting.
• Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepares plans from provided engineering sketches for projects.
• Performs drafting in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
• Communicates the daily progress of the crew towards project goals.
