Position Overview: Accura is seeking a skilled SUE CAD Technician to join our team. The candidate will process survey data, develop SUE CAD plans, and ensure GDOT standards compliance. Proficiency in CAD software and collaboration with project teams are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Process survey data into CAD formats.
2. Develop accurate SUE CAD plans per GDOT standards.
3. Conduct QA/QC on CAD drawings.
4. Ensure compliance with GDOT’s SUE Deliverable Checklist.
5. Coordinate with project managers and field crews.
6. Identify workflow improvements.
7. Support related project tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of SUE CAD experience.
• Proficiency in MicroStation v8i, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• GDOT project experience preferred.
• Strong map and technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of utility systems and geospatial data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
