The Site Supervisor is primarily responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the Intensive Out‑patient Program with Housing (IOPD) in Canton, MI. The Site Supervisor oversees all Canton program staff—including primary therapists, group therapists, and support staff—to ensure quality services are performed in a safe and efficient manner. This position combines clinical and administrative duties. The Site Supervisor also holds a caseload and delivers individual and group therapy to adult clients with substance use and co‑occurring mental health disorders. The LIGHT model guides clinical decision‑making and supports clients in achieving sustainable recovery.
