Personalized Nursing LIGHT House (PNLH), a leading behavioral health provider with over 35 years of experience, is seeking a qualified and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team!
We are looking for a full-time therapist to provide clients with trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in a structured residential setting.

All services integrate substance use disorder, mental health, and primary care into cohesive, client-centered programs using the LIGHT Model of Care , a SAMHSA-recognized Promising Practice grounded in dignity, respect, and empowerment.
As a Primary Therapist, you will deliver individual and group therapy to adult clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will use the LIGHT model to guide clinical decision-making and support clients in achieving sustainable recovery.
Provide weekly individual therapy for assigned clients
Facilitate therapeutic groups weekly on PNLH-selected topics
Use the LIGHT model in assessment, education, and counseling
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and respond to client needs
Monitor service utilization and coordinate care with internal and external providers
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation
Ensure compliance with authorization and billing requirements
Maintain client confidentiality and participate in case conferences
