Qualifications

• SUDP credential in good standing (Washington State)
• High school diploma or GED; related behavioral health training preferred
• Knowledge of MOUD, OTP, and related treatment approaches
• Understanding of trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Ability to work in an integrated healthcare and OTP setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SUD assessments identifying needs, goals, and barriers.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling within scope of practice.
• Educate patients on substance use, recovery options, harm reduction, and resources.
• Coordinate referrals to primary care, mental health, housing, and social services.
• Participate in team discussions, case conferences, and discharge planning.
