Job summary

All In Solutions in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Group Facilitator to provide weekend clinical coverage for our outpatient program, delivering psychoeducational and process groups to individuals in recovery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, plus licensure preferred, strong group management, experience with EHRs, and proficiency in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Qualifications

• Active state certification or licensure preferred (CADC, LADC, LCSW, LPC).
• 2–5 years of experience in SUD or behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead psychoeducational and process groups for individuals in recovery.

• Complete timely clinical progress notes in compliance with state regulations.

This role is specifically designed to provide high-quality clinical coverage for our Saturday sessions, ensuring our clients receive consistent support and evidence-based interventions during the weekend.Schedule AvailabilityMust be available to facilitate groups on Saturdays, generally between 8AM and 12PM.ResponsibilitiesFacilitation: Lead psychoeducational and process groups for individuals in various stages of recovery from Substance Use Disorders.Clinical Integrity: Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to foster a supportive and therapeutic environment.Documentation: Complete timely and accurate clinical progress notes in compliance with state regulations and program standards.Crisis Management: Provide immediate support and de-escalation for clients in distress.QualificationsEducation: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.Licensure: Active state certification or licensure (e.g., CADC, LADC, LCSW, LPC) is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in an SUD or behavioral health setting.Skills: Strong group management skills, deep understanding of the 12-step model and alternative recovery paths, and proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR).Core CompetenciesRelationship Building: Ability to establish rapid rapport and maintain a therapeutic climate of safety, trust, and positive regard.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both client interaction and clinical documentation.Conflict Resolution: Skilled in recognizing and managing conflict within therapeutic group settings.Your skills.
