Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a full-time Therapist to deliver professional counseling to individuals, families, and groups. The role includes intake assessments, diagnosis, and implementing individualized treatment plans within regulatory standards.

You will provide individual and group therapy, including trauma and co-occurring treatment, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Willingness to become licensed in additional states as required.
• Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients in diverse settings.
• Conduct intake screenings, comprehensive assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
