Burrell Behavioral Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders in an outpatient Springfield setting. You will conduct individual, group, and family counseling and develop tailored treatment plans with a collaborative care approach.

The role requires a doctoral degree in psychology, LP licensure, and willingness to provide telehealth. You will participate in team meetings and maintain regulatory documentation while supporting community needs.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Licensed Psychologist (LP) with the applicable board.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states and provide telehealth.
• Background checks including criminal and driving records.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling to meet client needs and treatment goals.
• Complete intake and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, providing case feedback.
• Document all services in compliance with regulatory standards; coordinate crisis/emergency services as needed.
• Represent the agency professionally and collaborate with internal departments.
