Burrell Behavioral Health is hiring a Therapist in Marshfield, Missouri. You will assess, diagnose, and treat clients using evidence-based interventions in individual, group, and family settings. This role emphasizes telehealth readiness and a strong commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

The position requires a Master’s degree and licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) with willingness to obtain additional state licenses. A thorough background check and valid driver’s license are also required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT or willing to become licensed in additional states.
• Experience with telehealth services and background checks are part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family counseling to meet client goals.
• Complete intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames.
• Determine and document diagnoses based on assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans per regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and case discussions.

Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift. • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
