Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in mental health with a full MI license (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, or LMFT), Michigan certifications (CAADC/CADC or Development Plan),

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health with a full unrestricted license.
• State of Michigan licenses in psychology, social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• MCBAP certification (CAADC or CADC) or active development plan.
• Minimum 2 years of SUD and/or mental health experience.
• Experience in contract management or public sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance to SUD providers for service initiatives and programs.
• Write policies and protocols for service provision.
• Guide contractors on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Participate in provider case conferences and contract-related guidance.
• Develop Best Practice / Evidence-Based Practice models and fidelity guidelines.
• Implement Recovery, Trauma-Informed, Person-/Family-Centered planning.
• Collaborate on utilization management guidelines and training.
• Analyze system data and provide written improvement recommendations.
• Lead and coordinate training for SUD staff.
• Participate in meetings and committees across OCHN teams.
