Job summary

Qualifications

• Caseload of up to 40 clients in outpatient setting.
• OASAS Part 822 intake/evaluation standards.
• MAT/OTP coordination with Medical Team.

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and evaluations per OASAS Part 822 and agency policy.
• Develop and review person-centered treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling per schedule and conduct group sessions.
