McKinley is hiring for a senior clinical leadership role in Palmdale, CA. The position oversees clinical staff, ensures quality of care, and directs SUD services integration in line with regulatory and payer requirements. Requires CA licensure and supervision experience.

The role emphasizes clinical oversight, staff development, and collaboration with QA/compliance to maintain high standards of care across behavioral health programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted California BBS licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in county-contracted behavioral health settings.
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience providing or supervising SUD treatment services preferred.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal/DHCS requirements for SUD services preferred.
• Word Processing, Email, Internet, ability to learn clinical software, basic office skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinicians and direct reports are in full regulatory compliance.
• Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Compliance Team for documentation.
• Work with Clinical Supervisors and Director to ensure program guidelines.
• Monitor programs to ensure adherence with governing bodies.
• Review treatment documentation to meet agency standards.
• Assist clinicians in developing culturally sensitive treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight of SUD services and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure integration of mental health and SUD treatment for co-occurring clients.
