Job summary

The role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will hold a certification from the Department of Health as a Chemical Dependency Professional and have at least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must differentiate between SUD issues and concurrent mental illness.
• Ability to develop treatment plans based on assessments.
• Must work effectively with diverse groups and cultural differences.
• Understand chemical dependency treatment and coordinate services with providers.
• Must pass a Washington State Patrol background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and interns.
• Ensure SUD program compliance with regulations and contracts.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to CDP Trainees.
• Develop outpatient SUD treatment plans with executive staff.

Skills

Differentiating SUD issues and concurrent mental illness
