Job summary

Oakland Community Health Network seeks a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinical Analyst to support Providers within the Troy Network. You will guide clinical services, develop best practices, and ensure contract compliance while advancing quality outcomes.

Requires a Master's in mental health with active Michigan licenses and at least 2 years of SUD/mental health experience; familiarity with DSM/ASAM and Medicaid rules; hybrid work schedule in a public service setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field with licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in substance use or mental health services.
• Experience in the public sector preferred.
• Knowledge of LARA SUD Rules, Medicaid rules, and DSM/ASAM criteria.
• Ability to build relationships with contractors and partners; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical content guidance to SUD Network Providers.
• Write policies and protocols for service provision.
• Guide contractors on audits and corrective actions.
• Develop Best Practice / Evidence-Based models and fidelity guidelines.
• Analyze system data and prepare written reports; identify trends.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and contract development.
