Job summary

Bay Area Community Services (BACS) is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Care Coordinator/Case Manager to provide therapeutic interventions and services to individuals facing co-occurring disorders. Ideal candidates have 4 years of related experience and RADT, CADC 1/SUDCC certification. The position involves direct community-based services, requiring travel throughout Alameda County and a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4 years of paid experience in mental health/social services.
• Current RADT, CADC 1/SUDCC certification required within 90 days.
• Valid California driver's license and insurance required.
