Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. Reynolds is committed to hiring and retaining a racially diverse, culturally competent staff at all levels of the organization who reflect the demographics of our students. Responsibilities include conducting regular individual or group coaching sessions, assisting students with course enrollment and program-of-study selection, monitoring academic progress and participation, facilitating personal introductions to essential student services, coordinating career exploration activities, and supporting student reflection and goal setting. The Coach maintains accurate and timely records of student contacts, progress, referrals, and outcomes; submits monthly activity summaries, end-of-term academic outcome reports, annual post-completion data, and available exit survey information; and ensures that student records and disclosures are handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Coach promotes student engagement, accountability, belonging, and access to resources while supporting the program’s goals for student persistence, completion, and long‑term success.
