The Chronicle of Higher Education, Inc. seeks a dedicated Success Coach to guide FTIC and prospective students through the enrollment process, helping with education planning and career pathway selection.
The role emphasizes collaboration with Registrar and Financial Aid and delivering workshops that prepare students for certificate or degree programs. The position is full-time at South Campus, with monthly pay and a starting wage of $45,900.
This role is responsible for coaching perspective and First Time In College (FTIC) students through the enrollment process by providing guidance with education planning and career pathway selection.
Works under the general supervision of the Director or Assistant Director of Student Success & Advising
Performs Other Related Tasks as Required
Bachelor's degree and one (1) year working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Work Hours: The FTIC Center is open Monday - Thursday from 8:00am - 7:00pm, Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm, and on select Saturdays from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Employees are required to work one scheduled late night each week as part of their regular work schedule. Occasional evening or Saturday hours may also be required to support departmental operations and student needs.
