Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Success Architect to drive outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging expertise in AI-driven agent design, orchestration, and automation.

You will collaborate across teams, engage executives, and influence technology strategy to deliver ROI while ensuring data foundations like Data360 support agent performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on agent architecture and automation, with a focus on guiding customers through adoption and optimization of Agentforce.
• Deep understanding of AI agent design principles, including topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration, and how data quality and architecture affect performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and ROI for customers.
• Awareness of emerging AI trends.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Agentforce subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including how Data360 supports AI agents.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design for Agentforce.
• Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or create Architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to Agentforce customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
