Position Overview

This role involves assisting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervising the team in their absence, and ensuring all guests leave satisfied by maintaining high standards of service, food safety, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members
• Conduct interviews and oversee shift duties
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Ensure food quality and safety compliance
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records accurately
• Complete administrative tasks in the absence of the RM
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
• Partner with the RM to meet financial and operational goals
