Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence.
2. Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members, ensuring all guests leave satisfied.
3. Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping in the restaurant.
4. Ensure food preparation and service meet all standards and regulations.
5. Train team members on new products and procedures.
6. Manage campaign materials and ensure product quality and safety.
7. Oversee cash, sales, and inventory records; complete shift paperwork.
8. Perform administrative duties in the absence of the RM.
9. Ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
10. Partner with the RM to meet financial and operational goals.
