Subway is hiring a Manager in Training (M.I.T.) to greet and serve guests, assist with daily operations, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met. The role offers full-time and part-time options, with a fast track to management when opportunities arise.

Starting pay is influenced by experience and location, with room for growth and advancement in a respected quick-service brand. As a MIT, you will receive on-the-job training, climb toward management roles, and be part of a team

A SUBWAY® M.I.T (Manager in Training) greets and serves guests, prepares food, and maintains food safety and sanitation standards. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position (and greatly boosts tip potential!) Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. M.I.T.'s are first in line to receive a promotion to management when an opportunity becomes available.
