Cumberland Farms is seeking a high-energy Restaurant Brand Food Service Manager to lead a team and ensure operational excellence in our food service program. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of leadership experience in food service, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

As a Restaurant Brand Food Service Manager, you will work with the Multi Unit or Multi Brand General Manager to guide your team in delivering an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a positive working environment that reflects the company's values. Responsibilities:
Working Relationships: Guest Service Associates, Food Service Associates, MU/MB General Manager, Brand District Manager, Regional Manager, and other company personnel and vendors.
Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience: At least 1 year in a food service leadership role in retail or restaurant settings.
Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in food service leadership.
Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
Soft Skills: Comfortable interacting with guests and team members, high energy, ability to multitask, team-oriented, and willing to put in extra effort.
Other: This is a full-time hourly position primarily during daytime hours, with possible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on business needs.
Travel: Up to 5% for meetings.
Hours & Conditions: 40 hours per week, with required work attire provided.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs., and work in cold environments like freezers and coolers.
