As a Restaurant Brand Food Service Manager, you will work with the Multi Unit or Multi Brand General Manager to guide your team in delivering an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a positive working environment that reflects the company's values. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by example to demonstrate what a great restaurant food service program looks like to team members and guests.
  2. Collaborate with the MU/MB General Manager to develop and maintain a strong food service program by setting clear goals, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering team success through training, coaching, and communication.
  3. Address team member performance or behavior issues promptly and fairly to maintain a strong team.
  4. Achieve operational excellence by meeting financial goals such as sales, expenses, and net profit, under the guidance of the MU/MB General Manager.
  5. Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and standard compliance of the food service area, delegating tasks as needed.
  6. Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety, and inventory management to meet guest expectations and company standards.
  7. Manage inventory controls, including ordering, receiving, and waste management.
  8. Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with EG, Brand, and local health regulations.
  9. Coordinate with the Brand Manager to resolve issues related to product quality, food safety, equipment, and signage.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Working Relationships: Guest Service Associates, Food Service Associates, MU/MB General Manager, Brand District Manager, Regional Manager, and other company personnel and vendors.

Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience: At least 1 year in a food service leadership role in retail or restaurant settings.

Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in food service leadership.

Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.

Soft Skills: Comfortable interacting with guests and team members, high energy, ability to multitask, team-oriented, and willing to put in extra effort.

Other: This is a full-time hourly position primarily during daytime hours, with possible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on business needs.

Travel: Up to 5% for meetings.

Hours & Conditions: 40 hours per week, with required work attire provided.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs., and work in cold environments like freezers and coolers.
