Pilot Company is seeking a friendly team member to deliver fast, clean service at our Texas travel center location. You will handle cash transactions, keep the dining area neat, and support day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes guest-centered service, teamwork, and adherence to brand standards while providing a welcoming experience for diverse guests, including drivers, commuters, and travelers.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
