Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a team member to deliver fast, friendly service at our travel center location in Colby, Kansas. You will handle cash transactions, maintain a clean dining area, and support guests with a positive experience while upholding brand standards.

This role emphasizes hospitality, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule across various shifts, including weekends. Weekly pay and dining benefits are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays (preferred).
