Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Subway location. You will support daily operations, coach team members, ensure food quality and service standards, and step in for the Store Manager when needed to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

You will lead by example, deliver top customer service, and help manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Job requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)
• Ability to show patience and articulate well during the training of new employees
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
