Job summary

Patchogue-Medford School District is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support instruction for individuals and small groups, assist students with instructional materials and aids, and help with activities of personal care as needed. The position works under the teacher's direction and uses personal skills to reinforce the learning program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NYS Level I, II, or III Teaching Assistant Certification or NYS Teacher Certification.
• Evidence of successful experience working with children with disabilities.

NYS Teaching Assistant Certification (Level I/II/III) or NYS Teacher Certification
