Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits from an accredited institution.
• Affinity for working with children and commitment to holistic development.
• Excellent adaptability to various teaching and classroom environments.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Prior Montessori experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Must meet state-regulated background checks and clearance requirements.
