Job summary

Turning Point Church's Kids Point Learning Center is seeking a full-time substitute teacher to support our assistant and lead teachers, promote positive interactions, plan activities, and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.

Candidates should be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, daycare experience, knowledge of DECAL licensing, a caring attitude, strong communication, and a faith-based, moral character; willingness to ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous daycare experience in supporting children’s growth and development.
• Have a good understanding of DECAL licensing requirements.
• Have a genuinely caring and compassionate attitude when caring for children.
• Strong communication (oral & written) and listening skills to converse with children, parents, and other personnel.
• Willing to receive on-going training in compliance with center licensing.
• A faithful believer in Jesus Christ; high moral character and values.

Our Kids Point Learning Center here at Turning Point Church is seeking to hire a FT substitute teacher to aid both our assistant and lead teachers. The substitute teacher will help to promote positive interactions, plan and organize activities, and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
