The Learning Experience is seeking a Substitute Teacher for our HAPPY Early Childhood Academic childcare centers in Colorado. The role supports infants to preschoolers with engaging, age-appropriate activities and strong family communication through our app.

Must be available until 6:30 PM on scheduled days. Requirements include a minimum 2+ years as a lead teacher, PDIS Level 2+, and an 18+ year-old applicant with a HS diploma or GED.

Formación

• Lead teacher experience in a childcare center.
• PDIS Level 2+ required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; must be 18+.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun learning by executing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create safe and happy spaces by maintaining clean, safe, and organized classrooms.
• Monitor growth and development and celebrate progress.
• Build relationships with families and share updates via the mobile app.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to support a happy learning environment.

Join our HAPPY Early Childhood Academic childcare center as a Substitute Teacher! Our centers are focused on developing Little Learners from infancy to preschool. We make early education and daycare joyful, engaging, and fun so children are happy to LEARN, PLAY and GROW.

*Must have availability to work until 6:30PM on Scheduled Days*

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; PDIS Level 2+ Required


• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred)


• 18 years of age or older


• 2+ years' experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.


• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.

• Create fun learning by executing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.


• Create safe & happy spaces by ensuring TLE standards of clean, safe, and organized classrooms where Little Learners can explore and learn.


• Monitor growth and development through an understanding of key milestones and celebrating their progress.


• Build relationships and communication with families and share daily updates and cheerful moments via our mobile app.


• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.
