Daily pay rates vary by qualification: Certified Teacher $125, College Degree $100, Non-degree $90. Training and onboarding will follow after fingerprints are completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with some college hours or an associate degree.
• Knowledge of core academic subjects and curriculum.
• Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans and instructional activities provided by the absent teacher or designated staff.
• Use appropriate instructional strategies and materials reflecting students' learning styles and needs.
• Work cooperatively with teachers to modify curriculum as needed or noted in lesson plans.
• Submit attendance reports and maintain classroom records.
• Supervise students at all times and ensure a safe learning environment.
