Substitute teachers play an important role in a student's education. We assist in placing substitute teachers in vacant positions to facilitate a student's education in the absence of their teacher. OSTS is proud to support Firelands Local Schools in the employment of substitute teachers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Professional references: Provide three professional references.
• Teaching License: Either obtain an Ohio Department of Education Substitute Teacher License or possess a Teaching License.
• Training: Complete SubSkills Online training (if applicable contingent after hire) and submit all mandatory professional development modules and activities using PublicSchoolWorks as a platform.
